The passed few days, we’d been thinking about Kuning. How anyone could claim to be an animal lover & yet covet the dog belonging to wonderful owners, a dog which also happen to be the only lure for the stray dogs on the island. I’d also been thinking about what we have achieved so far (or not) and what we have made do without. We have no major sponsors, no name, no corporate sponsorships, no patrons, no fantastic people with fancy titles too long to mention in our board, no connections in the higher places neither can we summon up free things at the snap of a finger or the drop of a few names but what we have is a group of sincere, truthful, honest & helpful people who understand the meaning of humanity.
We have volunteers who form the crux of what Furry Friends Farm is all about and these people do not want to put up with nonsense, acts of sabotage, publicity-hungry individuals who spit venom at us when we rise above the challenge, ignorant people who are oblivious to the truth behind the scenes.
Sabrina is an abandoned child herself. She has got little possessions. Her love & life are her dogs. Yet there are attempts to influence the landlord to evict her from her land, a preposterous act which is driven by people who plot for her to fail. While we tend to the rescue, there has been individuals who trespass on her land to release all the dogs from their play pens & the injured from their cages. Another act known only by its plotter. Now we have the abduction. You might think she’s a horrible person who made lots of enemies but why, are these acts so cowardly? Why has ONE individual managed to make so much difference to the lives of 80+ (now 100+) dogs in 3 years than a big ORG which has in 51 years with a force of many strong??? Why is she a threat to them? Her dedication to a cause that seem to be missing from the mainstream players??? Or her exemplary work that shouts even in silence???
If you have come here to find incriminatory remarks, you’ll find none. You would do better searching your heart for what’s right and what’s not. If your actions are beyond reproach, then carry on for you would have to deal with the Flying Scroll in the spiritual realm that I’ve sent forth as mentioned in Zechariah 5:1-4. God is great.
While Sabrina is taking care of the administration of things, please print out pictures on an A4 sheet & paste them at all the 7Eleven convenience stores in your neighbourhood. Somebody is bound to spot him.

With the help of Hew, Daniel & Adi, we set out to infiltrate the water channels that are extremely shallow & only navigatable during high tide. The water was rapid & the surf was up. If I have refused to take you along to the site, watch this video & you will understand why.
There are sand flies that are immune to insect repellents. We’ve been bitten silly & I’ve got marks to prove it. The dogs have gone into hiding. Adi wouldn’t advise us going further than what he feels is safe for any of us. He knows something that we don’t and we’re not arguing. It was awfully quiet apart from the sound of Kingfishers calling & the occasional Drongo. We could hear the sounds coming from the kelong. Every bit of noise emanates through the Bakau forest. Even the Brahminy Kite that protested from above, couldn’t make the dogs bark or whine like before. They have become afraid. Not surprising considering how much noise the entourage of 30+ people who made their presence felt with the press two Saturdays ago.
The dots are where we’ve travelled on the kayak. A total distance of 4.3km but the distances that Hew covered in the mangrove was more as he did not carry the GPS. The island is about 7km long and the widest point is 3km. There are waterways that are just impossible to pass because of fallen logs & such.
Without all that glitzy & glamourous help, we have gotten 21 dogs out by the grace of God & all your prayers. Please continue to pray for the team, for God to lead us to the dogs, protection for Sabrina & the farm and the public to learn the truth. .
Without Kuning, Hitam is the lone ranger who carries the food to the dogs but not the charisma to get them to safety. Adi, Bono & Shafi are pining for him like a parent pining for a lost child. May God stir the souls who are responsible for the abduction and not give them any moment of peace till they return him.

God Our Heavenly Father, You created the world to serve humanity’s needs and to lead them to You. By our own fault we have lost the beautiful relationship which once had with all your creation. Help us see that by restoring our relationship with You we will also restore it with all Your creation. Give us the grace to see all animals as gifts from You and to treat them with respect for they are Your creation. We pray for all animals who are suffering as a result of our neglect. May the order You originally established be once again restored the whole world through the intercession of the Glorious Virgin Mary, the prayers of Saint Francis and the merits of Your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ Who lives and reigns with You now and forever. Amen.
Be safe Pam, your team and Adi, Bono and Shafi. Hitam may God protect him and Kuning wherever he is pray if he is ‘taken’ please have mercy for he is the hope to find the others that are still trapped. If he is trying to find his way home please guide him home safely. We are very sad and that he has vanished and seeing his picture with Hitam bring tears.

What a relief we hear from you again after a few days of silence…must be really hectic as thru Donald’s comment, we came to know you all are very tired physically and mentally yet not giving up.
A beautiful prayer I must say MAE, and I will pray with you all. I am a buddhist and I am not bias. I pray for GOD/GODs to lead the way for you Pam and crew…, to shield you all from harm and to lead the remaining surviving dogs to you all, for Adi, Bono & Shafie, we pray that Kuning will come back to you unharm very very soon, and FFF…for GOD to protect the farm and all animals on it….and wisdom and compassion to the Landlord so that Sabrina can keep the farm going & safe, and for FFF to gain more and more supporters by the second. I pray for you too Sabrina (Namo Kuan Si Yin Pusa) so that you will achieve your mission in flying colors with all the support you need coming your way.

I have been real busy with work last week and I have only managed to get back online yesterday. I felt real bad about Kuning’s disappearance. That dumb ORG and those people involved in Kuning’s disappearance, FFF’s sabotage attempt(s) and staining Sabrina’s reputation should be punished with a tough and tortured life and rot in hell after death! My words might be harsh, but nothing compared to what those children of the devil did and still doing…
Regardless of what that ORG is doing or saying, I am still going to support FFF and the rescue team. That ORG can bid their sorry A$$ goodbye… I am spreading out the news… they will lose more that what they are achieving… and that’s for sure…

Good to hear from you in one piece. I can say I was late getting the news about what happened to those poor dog 3 days ago, I felt bad! Now I am following your progress from far away, anxious to know what is going on. I cant afford to take time off right now due to work which is much needed on a personal reason. I wish I could be present to give a helping hand! Keep the mental strength and you will bless. I am a Muslim but I don’t discriminate any animal’s, they are all God creations and have a meaning even a slightest bit! Be strong girl, and for those who are with you, my prayer are for them too.

Glad to know u,yr team are trying and still trying your best to lure those dogs out.I cannot claim to be any expert here,i love dogs too and help strays in my own way.( a lot must be said here to Danny who is providing much in term of his time,equiptment,transportation),if u need help,or physical presence there to assist pl let me know, we just a bit better off knowing the tidal situation,channels, the shallow sand banks,navigatable areas and swamps around that areas.So to say i also dont want to be in the way of any rescue action…but if u need the extra hands…just give me an SMS or call.I may not call the the Club as often as Danny..but could get there in short notice if i am available and confirm to U.Will follow u on yr blog here for developments

Hi, just checking with you guys how is it logging on here?? I mean do you get an message from Explorer (9 out of 10 times lately) that “the action is aborted!!”

i know that anybody won’t know me from anybody out there. and my words may not mean much and will not carry any weight.
but i have faith with FFF, and i know that truth and justice will prevails and evil will be routed.
i was initially concerned about all the poison arrows slinged at FFF but somehow at each and every turn, for each poisonous lie they slinged at FFF, the truth reveals itself. this i personally experienced and personally seen with my own eyes.
i whole-heartedly believe now that Truth and Justice will Route Evil.
let them rabid people barked all they want – FFF and its volunteers know what is truth and they will focus on the truth – that dogs are still mired in the swampland of pulau selat kering and pulau tengah. that’s the truth and every single ounce of help, effort, cash, donations of goods in kind, boat usage, etc are still needed to help FFF rescue the dogs.
let these evil mites enjoy their day in the sun for it won’t be long that they are smote down! and heavy will be the hand of justice meting out their just desserts.
all volunteers, supporters and well-wishers – pls do not let your mind and energy be swayed by all these slanderous lies – focus on the rescue mission, focus on FFF. have faith in your conscience, that it will take you down the path you will not regret.

honestly i’m not much of a religious person but what i’ve seen and experienced so far really humbled me and set me to believe that god really help those who help others and truth and justice will really prevail over evil. i’ve seen it oft repeated in these few weeks not to dismiss it lightly.

Yes after a chat with colleagues & friends here in the UK (who have been following this news from day 1), they got even more sympathetic with FFF after knowing the news of the police report re trespassing.
The biggest loophole was: why hadn’t they called for police when the state assemblyman arrived. They could have remained firm & ask them to return the next morning. This is like you open the door for thieves, then sue them for stealing. (sorry this is just metaphorically describing the scenario, i don’t mean you guys are thieves!)
Plus, there were calls for the chairperson of ORG to step forward to intervene in this turmoil, maybe just forget about the past & just move on together. I still hope she could step forward because i remain doubtful of the press statement given by *RG, i am sure many people thinks so too. And the press SHOULD reveal who were the tipper of the news (those chinese dailies) because *RG has stated it wasn’t them.
Anyway Pam & friends, we are with you guys all the time. Unfortunately i am not supposed to take sides because i am not in the front line of this mission, but your actions & big heart have already prooved to us what you guys are about. My faith & beliefs are still with FFF’s mission.
